Chelidonium majus, L. China: leaves thoroughly boiled with clean earth, allowed to stand overnight, then thoroughy washed in several changes of water and eaten with oil and salt. Chemical composition: Ash = 5.88%. Rich in protein and lime. Vernacular name: Celandine. Ref. READ.
