members will be needed to pick up donations the weekend before the show. If
anyone can help pick up donations they can talk to Adam for more information.
After the meeting the design committee will be meeting to put together a scaled

with the plan or during the setup week even if they aren’t on a committee.
If there are any questions about signing up to help for Hort. Show or how they
can help out they can talk to Adam or Craig. The club voted on spring t-shirts.
The shirt that was voted on will be light green tie dyed and will have a logo
that includes a palm tree and says Hort. Show 2007 on the back. A sign up sheet
was passed around to get everyone’s sizes.
