This compendium includes a thorough discussion of foliage plant diseases, including symptoms, disease-causing organism, epidemiology, and control measures. Color and black and white photos illustrate the symptoms.

This is a general, textbook style manual. It includes thorough discussions of major diseases causing organisms and insects, including cultural practices to prevent their development. The last chapter provides an introduction to designing pest and diseases management programs, complete with examples for common greenhouse crops.

This book contains tables listing current pesticide recommendations for insects and diseases on floriculture crops. It also provides a paragraph describing each currently-labeled pesticide. In addition, cultural and chemical methods of controlling plant growth are discussed.
