            This regional association of greenhouse growers, allied tradespeople, and others, meets 5 times a year, usually at a member's greenhouse. A tour of the greenhouse is followed by a short business meeting and an educational program.

Indiana Flower Growers Association (IFGA)

            This statewide association of greenhouse growers and allied tradespeople sponsors an annual educational meeting, and often one or more additional educational workshops. In recent years, workshops on poinsettia production and growing geraniums have been held. The membership dues include a subscription to 'Floriculture Indiana', a quarterly publication.

            Membership dues include a subscription to a monthly newsletter. Also available is a subscription to the HOTLINE, a brief newsletter sent out on an as needed basis, often giving updates on pest control recommendations. The group also sponsors the International Floriculture Industry Short Course held in Cincinnati during the summer. Members receive discounts on publications, including the TIPS series.
