Notes:
Brocade, another homozygous se from Mesa Maize, was about a week later and the same as Ambrosia. It had big ears and big flag leaves.
Disease resistance is so-so. Moderately resistant to SW (3) but very susceptible to MDM (9), moderately susceptible to rust (6).
Plants over 6’ tall with few tillers, ears about 1.5 ft. above ground.
Comments from field: flag leaves mostly long and wide, long shank breaks off easily, large ears with 16 rows.
