Notes:

HMX 0351 is a new one from Harris Moran, synergistic I believe, also harvested after 81 days. It had good emergence and good early season vigor. It also is susceptible to common diseases such as rust and stewart’s wilt.

Susceptible to several diseases: R (8), NLB (9), SW (8), GLS (9)

Early season vigor was good in our trial.

Plant over 6’ tall, tillers present but not tall, ears 1 to 1.5 ft high. Comments from the field: long shank, large kernels, 12 rows, tip kernels with visible husk, narrow appearance. Flag leaves mostly short to medium.
