| Racer, Johnny's Selected Seeds. Small, high-yielding pumpkin. This was the smallest pumpkin in the trial, not counting the pie pumpkins and mini-pumpkins. Shape is squat to round and pumpkins are quite uniform. Stem is thicker and a little longer than typical for this size pumpkin. The earliest variety in this size class. Average weight of completely orange pumpkin: 11.6 lb. |
