Data Explanation
The following information is reported for each variety.
lb./plt = total fruit harvested per plant through Sept. 12
oz./frt = average weight of a marketable tomato
% by 8/26 = percent (by weight) of all fruit that was harvested by Aug. 26.
% Culls = percent (by weight) of fruit that was not marketable (based on a subsample at each harvest date)
