Garlic - Plant

The garlic plant has long, flat, grass-like leaves that smell like garlic or onion when crushed. The blue-green leaves grow in a dense clump. Garlic leaves can be confused with chives or onions, but garlic has flat leaves where chives and onions have round leaves.
