| Begonias are usually low-growing annual bedding flowers used primarily as edging and in mass for colorful impact. There are several different types of begonias including some that are raised as houseplants. The begonias pictured here are the type known as "wax" or "fibrous-rooted" and bloom in white and shades of pink and red. The waxy foliage is broadly ovate and can be either green or bronze in color. |
