Conference Wrap-Up Checklist:

One month post-conference (or sooner)
  1. Send follow-up letters of appreciation and /or recognition to:
    1. Co-sponsors
    2. Extension Administration (state and county)
    3. Local and state government officials
    4. Speakers
    5. Donors
    6. Volunteers
    7. Facilities personnel
    8. Other appropriate groups, organizations,
    9. Individuals
  2. *Attendance records:
    1. Conference total
    2. Tours
    3. Classes/workshops
    4. Trade Show
    5. Regional attendance 
  3. *Evaluations:
    1. a. Committees responses
    2. b. Summarizations 
  4. *Financial report:
    *REMEMBER...
    1. Forward items 2, 3, and 4 to the IMGC along with a copy of the conference program; names and addresses of attendees; trade show exhibitors; conference donors; and suggestions and recommendations for next conference host. Seed money ($5,000) should be forwarded to the next IMG Conference host.
